We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Digital Executive
AIM OF THE JOB:
The Marketing Executive (Digital) will support the Marketing department (Saigon Centre’s Mall) on all marketing activities with the majority in Digital platforms.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
A. DIGITAL MARKETING (60%)
- Administer mall’s owned digital and social media channels including website, membership app, internal portal and fan page, etc.
- Create and implement digital activities to develop customer data to drive traffic to the shopping mall and boost sales.
- Develop and run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage casual leasing on digital channels: Wifi, email marketing, SMS marketing, etc.
- Manage digital agencies as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Collate and analyse market trends/insights and competitors’ campaigns/activities.
B. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT (20%)
- Perform copywriting to support promotion programs and events on digital channels: Website, fan page, mobile app, email marketing, SMS marketing, etc.
- Develop contents and topics for viral marketing.
- Manage and update mall membership’s program and content.
C. OTHER ACTIVITIES (20%)
- Support the team in creative development of marketing materials, event execution, partnerships or sponsorships.
- Inventory management
- Other marketing-related projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Communications, Marketing or Business - related studies
- Relevant ad proven experience in Digital marketing
- Knowledge about social media, SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN), Google Adwords, Google Analytics, online marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and membership programme/CRM
- Basic knowledge in graphics arts software and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn
- Good command of English and excellent Vietnamese copywriting
- Excellent communication skills, customer & result-oriented
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills and strong ability to multi-task
- Calm individual who can operate under pressure and deadlines
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook; and Internet
