Our client is a foreign invested trading company, now looking for a Marketing & Business Development Director in Ha Noi:

• Conduct studies for new business opportunities including new products and new market
• Lead the new business development that has been defined and work with representatives from various function
• Responsible for promoting the profitability and income of new products includes managing and growing sales in each business group
• Responsible for leading, managing and developing various experimental sites
• Positive to increase the number of customers
• Coordinate with Business Group / Branch Manager to convert new products and ensure conversion results in terms of people, knowledge, processes, and technology, where application
• Oversee the Customer Service/Relation function of the organization put in place key customer service matrices, and ensure that a high level of customer service is met
• Responsible for the analysis of key financial and operational of Business Development initiatives, develop and implement action plans identified
• Oversee and manage marketing activities and strategies aligned with all stakeholders
• Oversee key process improvement projects identified and monitor key milestone
