The mission of the Senior Manager/ Manager (Digital Marketing Analytics) is to ensure the marketing campaigns are powered by data. This means deep-diving into data to unlock customer insights and devise strategies to drive marketing effectiveness and deeper customer engagement. You must be inquisitive by nature, extremely detail-oriented, and thoroughly enjoy using data to validate hypotheses and justify business decisions.
Digital Marketing Analytics
· Be the go-to person for the broader marketing team on digital marketing analytics with a clear mandate to optimize performance of digital initiatives : website, mobile app, Facebook page, Facebook ads, Google ads (SEM, GDN), SEO, email, notifications
- Lead weekly/ monthly campaign and project-level reporting against defined marketing and business KPIs
- Analyse and transform raw data from paid media campaigns, owned platforms (e.g. website, mobile apps) and CRM database into meaningful, actionable insights to drive strategic direction, deepen customer engagement and tactical campaign execution
- Support the Digital & Media team in optimization of budgets across channels ( campaign-level efficiency, conversion rates, re-engagement activities, etc.).
- Work with internal stakeholders and media partners to augment and analyze multiple data sources, and actively communicate insights and findings
- Play an active role in sharing knowledge of current and upcoming industry analytics platforms, standards and trends; benchmark company’s performance against industry standard methodologies
Digital Analytics and Statistical Modelling
- Drive the marketing performance and analytics framework for all digital media campaigns and activations
- Work with Sales Department to optimize funnel conversion across both marketing and sales activities
- Partner Customer Research to proactively collect market insights, 3rd party data and other sources to enrich the customer profile / persona
- Represent the Marketing department in partnership with the Technology and Data divisions to establish a data and information workflow across departments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from the Technology and Data divisions in the development of enterprise-wide Digital Performance Dashboard
- Co-drive the development, deployment and integration of new analytics platforms and data science products, with strong change management

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital analytics or business intelligence role with reputable corporations. Experience with digital consultancies or agencies a plus
- Excellent data problem solver, adapt quickly to a fast-moving organization, and passionate about marketing optimization
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experienced in optimising campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CTR, CPA, etc.
- Expert user of MS Excel/Power Pivot. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and/ or Adobe Analytics and Tableau
- Knowledgeable in current technologies and trends in digital marketing, and across diverse channels including website, social, email,paid media, etc.)
