Project manager is the one who will plan, organize, manage, and supervise the whole execution process of projects related to operation/business at EcoTruck. The purpose of this position is to ensure the on-time completion, purpose, efficiency, the specific results of the project.

- Collaborating with team lead, other departments and clients to define projects’ purpose and scope
- Determining scope and execution plan for the projects. Evaluating the resources for project implementation. Guiding, monitoring and tracking projects’ execution
- Planning the detail of projects and assigning workload to project team
- Assisting to ensure the project finish on-time, high quality and in budget
- Maintaining the collaboration between internal departments (Business Development, Operations, Merchant Account Management, Vendor Account Management, Customer Service, Tech, Product Development, Sales, Accounting, HRS,…)
- Managing assigned experts, consultants (if any) to ensure a strong communication and collaboration between them and internal staffs to gain the efficiency of projects
- Monitoring the progress and reporting all the delays, risks and issues to project stakeholders and resolving problems by coordinating with other stakeholders
- Reporting periodically on the project status, progress, efficiency, workload of project team… by emails, reports, meetings … to other project stakeholders
- Assisting the process building and process improving related to project management and development
- Managing all project documents

Yêu cầu
- Having Bachelor's’ Degree
- Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Having experience in Logistics or equivalent domain is a plus
- Understanding of modern project management: PMI, Agile, …
- Having ability in writing project documentation
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese with internal and external partners
- Having ability to organize and manage project stakeholders
- Proactive and independent at work
- Ability to teamwork, ensure the mission and common interests of the whole company
- Having good presentation skills,positive and logical thinking
- Having effective problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze information, synthesized reports on related subjects.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Google suite well
