Objective:
- To coordinate with forwarder in all administration documents for imported vehicle release
- To handle car registration procedure before handing over to customers
- To handle local car transportation
- To control warehouse operation
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing all necessary documents provided by forwarder
- Following up and supporting the forwarder in all administration documents for imported vehicle release
- Being in charge of car registration
- Building a good relationship with the forwarder and the local authorities
- Updating the goods status in stock
- Registering customer’s car as assigned by the Company
- Updating and informing the respective departments of the vehicle import status
- Ensuring the smooth operation of local car transportation and warehouse
- Timely collecting and reporting to Sales Director all new policies/regulations related car industry
- Other ad hoc assignments and projects
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated team player
