– Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.
– Supervisor customer’s service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data Transmission, Documentation, Invoicing and cost booking.
– Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
– Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
– Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
– Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
– Performing additional duties where needed.
Yêu cầu
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration; Foreign Trade; Transportation.
- At least 4 year experienced working for/with logistics forwarder. Having experience in US trade lane is an advantage
- Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiasm & hard working.
- Persuasive speaking, willingness to improve and thick skin are the top customer service attributes a representative needs.
- Good at communication Skills (Negotiation & Convincible Skills)
- Good command of English (both verbal & written)
- Team Work (Collaboration; Conflict Resolution; Challenge and Support)
