Organization and Team Management

1. Develop Legal organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/ goals; ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;

2. Develop divisional/ departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement; cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;

3. Build-up and develop the Legal team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees’ competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;

4. Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/ instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated functions;

5. Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;

Corporate Legal Management:

1. Build a legal model to support the assessment of opportunities and potentials to conduct mergers and acquisitions;

2. Work directly with other business units to support all legal issues arising from project implementation;

3. Prepare and provide legal documents to investors to conduct a due diligence of the target company;

4. Collaborate and work with foreign lawyers, consultants, and firms to review/revise projects’ related documents;

5. Provide legal counsel on a variety of legal issue and work alongside other departments within the company to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the Company’s interest;
