Our client is a foreign-invested trading company, now looking for Legal Manager in Ha Noi:

• Responsible for all corporate legal matters and management of legal planning of the company
• Ensure that the corporate administration procedures are performed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Oversee and manage litigations related to consumer protection matters and provide counsel and advice when necessary
• Responsible for the review and management of company contracts and provide counsel and advice
• Support the communication and negotiation required for all licenses and permits and manage relations with government agencies, where required.
• Ensuring that the company’s legal policies are in compliance with the regulatory and legal frameworks of the industry.
• Providing and developing the strategic direction and counselling for legal cases to minimise the Organizational impacts.
• Continually be kept updated of the relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with the regulatory and legal frameworks of the industry.
• Advisor to the BOD and provide counsel and guidance with regards to legal matters relating to the organization.
• Responsible for Management & Development & Training staff.
