Drafting, legal control of contracts related to partners, customers, etc.
Verify all legal documents, economic contracts, investment cooperation contracts and other related contracts before submitting them to the Board of Directors for approval.
Organize the implementation of settlement of disputes arising in the process of contract performance of the Corporation within the scope of representatives of the Corporation to resolve disputes related to contracts as assigned by the Board of Directors. General manager

Male/Female, age: over 40
Graduated in law,economic law majors
Licensed to practice law
At least 10 years of experience, of which 5 years are held in similar positions at construction companies..
Fluent English
