– In charge and responsible for legal issues and regimes of the Company.
– Advise the Board of Members / Board of Directors, Board of Directors of the company on legal issues related to organization, management, internal management and production and business activities of the company.
– Drafting, reviewing and managing internal management files of the company in accordance with the provisions of law.
– Participating in drafting contracts and documents issued and signed by the Company, checking the legality and legality of transactions of the Company.
