Support to facilitate corporate training & development/internal engagement activities in terms of logistics arrangement, material preparation & follow-up.
Conduct pre/post-activities surveys and analysis to measure effectiveness & suggest for improvement/enhancement initiatives.
Develop and curate content of employee communications into a variety of mediums such as text, video, and graphic and promote on various communication channels.
Coordinate to ensure proper onboarding/offboarding/internal employee movement processes for better experiences.
Research & support to connect with qualified vendors/suppliers/agencies for related projects and activities, then provide administrative support to procurement and contract management with shortlisted vendors/suppliers/agencies.
Support to implement employee satisfaction survey/eNPS evaluation as per timeline or ad-hoc requests.
Monitor Learning Management System (LMS) & Performance Management cycles (KPIs Setting, Performance Appraisal, IDP, PIP, etc.)

*Education:

Bachelor's/Master degree in Business Admin/HR/PR & Communication/Event Management, etc.

*Experience:

Min. 3 years working in Training & Development/Talent Management/Employee Engagement and/or HR Communication. Working experiences in F&B/Retail industry is a plus.
