1. Main duty:
– Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
– Develops training and development programs, projects and objectives.
– Administers spending against the departmental budget.
– Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
– Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
– Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
– Develops and maintains organizational communications to big universities in VN to create sources of labor
that match company needs with coherent training materials.
– Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
– Modifies programs as needed.
– Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
– Works effectively as a team member with other members of management

2. Requirements:
- Min 5-year working in HR/L&D area
- Sharp business acumen
- Supervise L&D Supervisor
- Experiences of working with universities/colleges in terms of talent/people development
- Proven leader who can assess talent needs, recruit and develop talent and build a team
- Planning and organizing work and managing projects
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs.
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development, and leadership development
- Able to solve problems quickly and resolve issues
- Able to make decisions within the area of responsibility
- Ability to/Experience in carrying out Training Needs Analysis
- Ability to effectively present information to public groups, employees, and management
- Proven ability to adopt a wide variety of approaches to learning and development, including the use of social learning methods and practical framework of the 70/20/10 learning model.
- The ability to liaise and deal with networks/counterparts in other functions/external stakeholders to assist the development/progress of initiatives
