1, Factory Projects:

• Lead the planning and implementation of factory expansion projects, including evaluations and assessment of results
• Coordinate in all areas including, procurement, scheduling, expediting, production, inspection, shipping and document control.
• Manage project risk issues including receivables, claims, contract changes, margin enhancement, financial health and effective project closeout
• Lead project team through a regular reviews to identify & manage risks, monitor operational performance against the agreed timescales, and instigates corrective action where appropriate
• Evaluate all installed equipment together with project team and work with all equipment suppliers to maximize performance.

2, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with Factory Manager to review all operational activities: production, quality control, warehouse, safety, equipment, facility control… to have proper andl timely improving action plans.
• Supervise, control all production indication, give feedback in time, follow up problem solutions and help to reach target.
• Strengthen cost management and quality standard
• Propose training plan to upgrade skills and knowledge of direct and indirect human resources
• Drive improvements in business metrics and manufacturing processes, including factory in Nha Trang and OEM factory in Binh Duong province
• Facilitate issue resolution and appropriate escalation
• Submit improvement projects, organize or co-ordinate to finish, improve operational level
