SUMMARY:

• Responsible for planning and monitoring day-to-day activities to implement the organization’s overall business strategy to achieve established objectives for assigned territory.
• Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers for assigned territory.
• Works to improve an organization’s market position, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading both strategic & all operational commercial activities in assigned territory for Rapid Diagnostics business:

• Implement business strategy to be aligned with marketing Strategy and company direction.
• Contribute to business development by providing extensive market intelligence relevant to maximizing Rapid Diagnostics product portfolio market opportunities in assigned region.
• Manage and develop KOLs in the territory.
• Track business results vs projected budget and outcomes objectives.
• Support distribution partners including training, technical expertise of the Rapid Diagnostics product portfolio.
• Identify customer issues and resolves them related difficulties.
• Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation and all customer follow up.
• Timely follow up and management of all leads that are distributed in assigned territory.
• Coordinate and facilitate of market regulatory requirement & procedures.
• Comply with Corporate Policies and Procedures. Ensure all business activities are conducted professionally, aligned with regulatory and industry guidelines and are conducted in a manner consistent with Code of Conduct guidelines, and Company’s Anti-Corruption Policy.
