- Draft procurement plan, sending Request for Quotation, issue Purchase Order (PO) based on budget of Project
- Review requisition, evaluate venders’ quotations for commercial proposal, prepare cost analysis and cost summary. Do coordination with discipline engineers for evaluation of technical proposal
- Negotiate with Vendor for best price and schedule, payment term, delivery term and other PO conditions
- Follow up the order, keep expediting Vendor for manufacturing and delivery. Co-ordinate with related departments to keep the order under monitoring
- Co-ordinate with Engineer for Vendor document, with QC engineer for quality monitoring, with Logistic coordinator for arrangement of delivery
- Prepare payment document, close out standing issue related to Vendor for quality monitoring, with Logistic coordinator for arrangement of delivery
- Prepare payment document, close out stadning issue related to Vendor back charge or Liquidated damages
- Carry out Vendor’s performance assessment and assist in the development of new vendors
- Propose improvement of performing the purchasing and exepediting activities
- Other duties related to purchasing
- Other works assigned by team leader or department manager
Yêu cầu
- Barchelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 0-2 year experienced is required. Having experience in Renewable energy projects is an advantage
- Experiences in the procurement engineer position, familiar with procurement procedures (sending inquiry, PO issuance, expediting work, payment, etc) is an advantage
- Confident and creative in problem solving, logical thinking is mandatory.
- Effective, strong communication skill is mandatory
- Good at English
- Competence in MS Office skills. Operating of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of international commercial and trading is an advantage. Understanding basic incoterm is preferable.
