- In charge and responsible for legal issues of the company;
- Participating in drafting contracts and documents issued and signed by the company, checking the legality of transactions of the company consulting, advising the BOD on the law;
- Research, regularly and promptly update changes in laws, circulars, etc. related to production and business activities of the company;
- Check policies system and ensure that the issuance and implementation of the company’s policies are in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws;
- Manage legal documents and files, solve arising legal problems of the company
- Managing compliance with social responsibility;
- Training compliance for All employees at least 01 time/year
- Support HR departments about implementation of policies and benefits for employees;
- Responsible for handling customer social responsibility audits
- Other job according the BOD suggestion.
