Mô tả
- Handle offshore projects.
- Working with Australian clients only.
- Manage a team with 2 – 3 members.
- Producing accurate Designs, Concept Plans, Prototypes & Working Drawings to meet the clients’ requirements.
- Make communications to team leader to ensure a clear understanding of design requirements and construction timeframes.
- Taking ideas and concepts from clients, and coordinate with the drafting team under the team leader’s overseeing to deliver a successful design.
- 2D & 3D Modelling, Concept Designs, Assembly and Detailed Drawings, producing project bill of quantities, and preliminary project estimates (BOQ, BOM).
- Actively contributing as part of a team that supports manufacturing, production, construction, and installation processes.
Yêu cầu
Required Skills
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Facade Designer.
- Manage a team with 2 - 3 members.
- Demonstrated experience working on Construction projects, preferably with Building Facades. Ideally, experienced in high-rise buildings.
- Have an understanding of Australian construction standards is preferable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Mechanical.
- Strong experience working with Revit, AutoCAD 2D & 3D software.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant Building Codes, methodology, standards, regulations, ratings and terminology.
- Good verbal, written communication and time management skills.
- Good at 4 skills in English.
