We are looking for an IT Support to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. Your responsibilities include diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help manage our global VoIP service. You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for testing, deployment, maintenance, performance optimization, and automation of our systems based on Windows and other open-source software
• Logging the queries of customers and employees
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Communicate with customers on technical and non-technical matters and perform continuous process improvement to all support and maintenance activities
