Actively handle full-cycle of recruitment process: understand the business needs, analyze job order, screen, interview, offer and on boarding for new hires.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Make weekly reports and other works as required by line manager.

Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field;
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
At least 1 - 2 years working with the familiar responsibility, priority for candidate
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good networking & interpersonal skills;
Willing to learn, ability to think out of the box and adapt to a fast-paced & flexible environment;
High sense of responsibility in confidential matter
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Friendly, can work in team work…
