– Update recruitment plan
– Participate in updating Job Description of positions in company.
– Searching candidates, screening CVs and arranging interview schedules
– Participate in interviews and deal offers with candidates
– Announce interview results to candidates
– Manage recruitment data: candidate profiles, interview results, … in system of company
– Prepare for Job Fair (flyer, banner, gifts, …) events
– Weekly hiring progress report
– Other tasks based on requirement from Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment in the field of IT Software
- English skills: reading, writing, speaking, listening
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Understanding of the labor market in Vietnam is a plus
- Can planning, organizing and handling work.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good communication, have negotiation and persuasion skills.
