Mô tả
- Handle incident ticket, support customer via Service Management Tool.
- Time : working hour base on company policy + OT on public holiday with OT allowance.
- Ensure team KPI
- Frequently communicate with customer via email, phone call
- Analyze and understand customer issue
- Check calculation logic and log (Groovy Script)
- Cooperate with other group (3rd level, SAP,…), identify root cause and solution
- Attend handover session, study, apply and update document continuously.

Yêu cầu
- Experienced with Java 8+ language
- Strong background knowledge of OOP, Data Structures and Algorithms
- Knowledge and experienced with Groovy Script
- Have experience working with web application development (inside or outside school)
- Have experience working with a source version control (Git, SVN...)
- Have experience working with SAP is a plus
- Good English communication skills, customer centricity mindset
