Support of the VEXOS Vietnam Factory computing environment including but not limited to desktops, laptops, wireless technologies, print services, remote access services, communications technologies, and network infrastructure, anti-virus, windows patch. Make sure all computers’ anti-virus and windows patch updated in time.
Responsible for Siemens MES system and Microsoft Dynamic AX ERP.
Responsible for CCTV system, door access control system, telephone system management and maintenance.
Direct and promote an end-user computing environment in terms of software tools, computer hardware, guidelines, training, and consulting.
Maintenance of accurate records on IT inventory (PCs, Servers, network devices, printers etc.)
Daily check server room and record, maintenance of safety and clean on server room environment.
Conscientiously and timely complete the tasks assigned by superiors
Work closely with other groups to coordinate plans and activities.

College degree or above and computer related major
At least 2 years working experiences in IT Support
Skills of PC hardware and software maintenance: Windows 10, Office 365, printer, windows update, etc.
Working knowledge of server hardware and software. Raid configuration, SAN storage, VMware, MS Windows server, Active Directory, file server, DHCP, DNS, etc.
Working knowledge of server backup solution.
Working knowledge of infrastructure (Wired and Wireless) networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Anti-virus system
Good English Oral and write skills, Willing to learn and progress, Positive attitude
