We are looking for a high-energy, proactive, dynamic leader, result-driven, detail oriented with startup enviroment and consultative mentality, to join our team in the role of IT Director in Technical product company, which is growing fast.

• Overseas IT strategy and roadmap for the company, ownership of the following
• Digitalization Transformation: optimize business operations and applications, achieving operation excellency. Focusing on ERP strategy and Sales Operation optimization, increase sales productivity, directly drive revenues from operations, saving operational expenses, process automation)
• IT Operations: implement cybersecurity programs (ISO 27001, NIST cybersecurity maturity score), governing IT infrastructure (hardware, cloud, network, computer devices, etc.) relating to IT operations
• Create vision, mission, strategy for the department level and team level
• Manage 3 teams of total 20 cross functional members
• Directly involve in architecting business application solutions, guide technical teams in their deliverables
• Coaching and mentoring technical and non-technical members
• Reporting to CDO (roadmap, strategy) and CTO (co-managing tech stack related)
