MAINTENANCE MANAGER
OBJECTIVE
– This position is responsible for ensuring of production line balance, standard time, layout, downtime, production process, effectively and smart.
– Prepare analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, machines and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
– Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production equipment and personnel.
– Role to work with production of cross functional experts within a manufacturing end to end re-engineering project.
– To ensure relevant production master / supports as a total in the whole factory in meeting set key performance indicators.
