Q-System

• Support the implementation and ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are put into practice on a permanent basis
• Develop, implement and maintain a robust reporting system of company performance to AC management at appropriate intervals
• Lead to implement the organization problem solving process and system
• Implement internal audit activity with records, follow up and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
• Ensure APQP and PPAP process is followed for new products and models. Assist as necessary on completion of process flow charts, FMEA and control plans for the product
• Interface with Engineering Manager on Work Instruction development, proper inspection and gauging frequencies, and process doc. as required

Production

• Planning, supervision, lead implementation of QC tools. Monitor tester performance and analyze recorded data to prevent failure during production
• Manage the operation of quality test and inspection and liaison programs

Customer Service

• Support QM to in charge of all customers’ returns/complaints & keep track of all 8D and provide timely update status of corrective action / 8D
• Cooperate with counterpart in AC Europe on product quality issue and customer satisfaction
• Assist Technical Manager and Customer Services in warranty analysis and return sales from customer plants as required
• Organize customer visits base on mutually agreed agenda and help prepare all documents from various departments to support the audit with minimum interruption to the production.
