1. Import:
– Handle Foreign import (AIR, SHIP, DHL) from: Japan, Czech, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore…
– Handle goods imported domestically:
+ Get the invoice that has been checked for quantity, unit price, and name of goods
+ Check the information with invoice, AN, insurance…
– Prepare document & send to Forwarder
– Check the declaration and confirm declaration
2. Form D
– Get debit note about cost for the goods from FWD.
– Ask for a 3rd party invoice
– Print documents, Sign + Scan then attach to ecosys system.
– Submit form D
3. Other tasks:
– Calculate the fee by Air, DHL, FedEx
– Make payment request for the carrier
– Support the rest of the members
– Import and export data
