Mô tả
• Be in charge of imports shipment included materials and machine shipment.
• Contact oversea team to get the shipment’s details, prepare shipping docs and work with Customs broker in translating machine/parts name & applying HS code to perform customs declaration.
• Monitor the shipment, coordinate with customs broker to resolve any issue related and arrange for the best delivery schedule.
• Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the import shipments on time and meet customer/production request.
• Co-operation with other departments to make delivery schedule and coordinate the trucks daily.
• Expense report checking and implement payment procedure for all inbound shipping cost.
• Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Yêu cầu
• University graduate, 1-2 years working experience preferred (EPE is preferred).
• Skilled in and shipment arrangement.
• Able to work independently and under tight time schedule.
• Have experience in handling machinery (new/used machine), spare part and tooling shipment is
preferred.
• Good team working spirit.
• Computer knowledge (good in excel, word, PowerPoint), able to use VNACCS software, good in
reporting skill.
