Job Summary
The main purpose of the HSEQ Officer role is to implement, co-ordinate and maintain the Company Safety Management System in Solar rooftop projects; and to act as the Company’s Representative for QA/HSE on site, setting Construction methods, organising supervision of site staff & ensuring compliance with local & global HSE legislation.
Main Responsibilities
Health & Safety and Environment
– Setting the Health & Safety and Environment rules for the Construction site & ensuring compliance with these rules by all staff involved.
– Ensuring compliance with local & global HSE regulations required when building PV solar projects.
– Provide briefings and monitoring of pre-start and other meetings for the purpose of enhancing the HSE awareness of all employees and subcontractors.
– Management of customers HSE team including site supervisors & site engineers.
– Sign-off of HSE documents provided by EPC team and subcontractors on site.
– Safety monitoring of supervisor and sub-contractors, classification and assessment supervisor
Quality
– Co-ordination and maintenance of Management System documents and records.
– Plan and perform internal and external Quality and Safety audits, in conjunction with regional office.
– Defining and updating the quality requirements of raw materials and products in cooperation with the Licensor and concerned managers
