General Description
This position is responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
Specific Accountabilities
• Assist with screening resumes and applications
• Coordinate interviews
• Collect and update HR database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
• Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
• Proofread HR documents
• File HR documents
• Support HRBP in projects

Skills Required
• Experience with MS Office
• Good command in English Skills
• Organizational skills
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience as aStaff Assistantor similar junior HR role is a plus
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
