Perform HR General Manager tasks such as managing Human Resources Department (Recruitment department, Labor department) and prepare reports for Directors/Advisors
Administrative tasks:
・Supervise internal administrative work (management of attendance, benefits, insurance, work permit application for Japanese people, procedures for going abroad, making regulations on working from home due to Corona epidemic, etc.)
・ Reform of personnel evaluation system and human resource training plan
・ Make and edit internal announcements, etc.
Recruitment tasks:
・Supervising the recruitment of Vietnamese personnel (Planning, implementing and managing recruitment activities such as headhunting, self-employment, referral recruitment, worker recruitment, mentoring probationary period reports, etc.)
・Strengthening intern recruitment (linking with universities, monitoring the process during and after the internship, etc.)
・ Planning and implementing internal training
・Other tasks as directed by the General Director and superiors
Yêu cầu
- At least5 years of experience as HR Manager for big companies or MNC.
- candidate who know strong at bothrecruitment and HR administration andcan see the whole company from a management perspective.
- candidate with connections to famous universities are prefer.
- having experiences in restructure tasks
- Training skill
