Translate/interpret in Japanese for HR tasks:
– Translate documents/discussion among Vietnam HR department and headquarters.
– Interpret in periodical/non-periodical meetings between Vietnam HR department and headquarters.
– Interpret in some meetings of Vietnam members and headquarters.
Translate company’s documents when required.
Execute GA tasks:
– Expand, set up and manage office
– Manage and maintain office equipment
– Work with suppliers
– Execute office procedures –
Support business trip – Execute other ad-hoc GA tasks
Execute C&B tasks:
Required insurance (SI, HI, UI)
– Payroll – Labor contract
– Labor report – Company policy
– Other ad-hoc C&B tasks
Support tasks of other teams in HR department (training, accounting, recruitment… depending on team’s need and candidate’s ability)
Participate in the process of improvement and other development activities in Vietnam HR department.
Yêu cầu
• Japanese proficiency: N2+ (ability to explain, analyze and discuss issues in Japanese)
• Experience in setting up new office and working with contractors/suppliers
• At least 2 years of experience in C&B field
• Age: 30-35 years old
• Good vision and interest in improvement and innovation
• Good learning and thinking/analyzing ability, problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork ability (flexibility, collaboration, humbleness, readiness of listening to others’ ideas, ability to work with other departments to implement new plan or solve problem)
• Active person, willing to face challenge and support other members
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
