Company profile: Pharmaceutical Japanese company
HR Executive:
‒ Recruitment: support HR Manager on recruitment strategy, planning and execution. In charge of recruitment documents and logistics.
‒ Payroll: Prepare payroll input based on specific information (time keeping, medical leave, absences, unpaid leave, salary changes, benefits, etc.) correctly and on time.
‒ Work with vendor to manage all activities related to social insurance, health insurance, PIT and others HR tasks required by law.
‒ Manage personnel files, Human Resources Information system, labor contract/contract renewal process, HR documents and reports.
‒ Managing logistics for new hires and leavers. Organize orientation for newcomers.
‒ Participate other HR activities as or projects organizing & arrangements as required.
Office Administration:
‒ Manage monthly filling of office pantry for HCM and HN office
‒ Prepare for registration and materials for new staff onboarding.
‒ Solve facility issues for both offices if any.
‒ Cooperate with local vendor on monthly server maintenance.
‒ Support forecasting / budgeting admin expenses in budgeting process
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, HR or others
- At least 2 years’ experiences in HR Generalist, prefer candidate with experience in C&B.
- Experiences in administration management is preferred.
- Accuracy in data management
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
- Good command of PC and common software
- Superior command of business English (both oral and writing)
- Experience in pharmaceutical companies (preferable)
