Mô tả
– Preparing the official quotation.
– Processing Purchase Order from customer.
– Liaising with the shipping / courier services companies to handle the shipment internationally and domestically.
– Monitoring the shipment status and follow-up with the customer related department to update the delivery schedule & arrangement.
– Coordinating with accounting team to follow up invoice, delivery note and cash-flow.
– Other general office administrative works.
Yêu cầu
- Background in foreign trade or import/export;
- No experience required;
- Good command in oral and written English;
- Good PC skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), E-mail and Internet;
Work location: SL11-LK2, Vinhome Thang Long, An Khanh, Hoai Duc, Hanoi
