Let’s Win Group are looking for new talented, motivated, and passionate teammate to join us for position: Head of Human Resources (VIP Clubs)
1. Compensation & Benefit Management
– Building and managing payroll system including salary range and benefit matrix. Prepare monthly salary payment sheet.
– Ensuring implementation of regulations on salary and bonus issued by the company.
– Reviewing proposal and implement salary increase for employees.
– Building and completing the policies on salary, bonus, welfare and allowances for employees.
– Advising the General Manager in year-end bonus, unexpected salary increases for employees.
– Controling the timekeeping and uniformly perform the calculation of salary,allowances and rewards.
2. Employee Relation
– Handling employee resignation cases.
– Supervising the implementation of employee discipline, handling employee resignation and the implementation of regulations, rules and regulations in the company.
3. Recruitment: coordinate with the Corporation’s Recruitment & Service Department
– Conducting candidate interviews.
– Coordinating with functional departments to interview and select candidates.
– Arranging for employees to receive jobs.
– Providing uniforms, labor equipment.
4. Training: cooperate with the Training Department of the Corporation
– Training rules and regulations for new employees.
– Controling process, training programs in the company.
– Evaluating employee performance
– Conducting capacity assessment of employees.
– Evaluating employee morale.
– Advising the General Managaer on the process of employee performance evaluation.
– Instructing departments on how to implement the employee evaluation process in each department.
5. Hygiene – Safety – Labor Protection: coordinate with the Recruitment & Service Department of the Corporation to ensure the work of Hygiene, Safety and Labor Protection.
6. Expense Estimation, Human Resources Report & Monthly Salary Fund Report
– Monthly Human Resource Management Report to the General Manager and the Human Resources Department of the Corporation
– Project HR Department’s budget estimate including salary budget.
– And other reports upon request from the General Manager and/or the Human Resources Department of the Corporation
7. Other tasks:
– Leading, coaching and inspiring Departments to deliver timely and high quality HR advice to the organization and other HR teams.
– Resolving complaints and violations requiring disciplinary action when required
– Anticipating and addressing litigation risks
Yêu cầu
-At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and at least 3 years senior supervising or managing Compensation & Benefits roles.
-Graduating from college or higher
-Knowledgeaboutlabor laws, laws related to the regimes and policies of Employees.
-Good planning and leadership ability, fluent in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
-Agility, ingenuity, ability to present and communicate with departments.
-Have a spirit of cooperation, support, carefulness, good vision, work independently, decisively.
-Ability to improve systems and processes
-Refering:
·Strong expertise in Human Resources Audit, compensation and benefits design, process and policy setting/re-engineering
·Experience working in an E-gamingenvironment
