– Participate in defining channel strategy in line with country strategy, business goals
– Collect, process and analyze data to define source of growth and key focused area for business development
– Execute the channel evaluation and segmentation & the annual Commercial Policy (support LM) to achieve annual target setting, financial plans and business goal
– Develop and execute ad-hoc schemes, campaigns to maximize and leverage seasonality opportunities for incremental sales and share
– Support Channel Lead as a S&OP champion to lead the process of forecasting, NPI, supply, sales operation effectively by actively working with key stakeholders product supply, grower marketing, commercial excellence and sales team
– Measure and analyze channel inventory to ensure healthy level and in line with sell out campaigns
– Ensure smooth and timely communications to internal/external stakeholders
– Lead the adaptation and integration of digital platforms which in line with regional guidelines
– Actively acquire proper feedback from channel partners and provide solutions
– Work closely with sales team on Go-To-Market implementation, campaign deployment
– Work closely with Finance & Marketing department
Yêu cầu
- High Analytical skills with 3+ years in Business Analyticstasks(FMCG field is preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in Channel Management, GTM model, budget tracking and management, Product & Portfolio Management
- Good understanding, communication and presentation in English
- Computer Skills: MS Office (specially Excel) & Other Tools
- Familiar with using systems (SAP, DMS is preferred)
- Ability to manage high pressure situations and apply logical and pragmatic approaches to challenges
- Experience working with Regional and cross-functional team
