JGC Vietnam is looking for a Site Admin/Document Controller for Hataphar High-Tech Pharmaceutical Factory Project in Hanoi. The contract period is from 12 to 16 months (from Sep 2021).
The job holder will perform below tasks:
- Being in charge of Document Control for the whole project
- Supporting for transportation arrangement at site such as:
- Arrange transportation as per Vehicle Arrangement Request approved by Site Manager
- Check and file Daily Transportation Report filled by drivers, and report to General Affairs Team in weekly basis
- Supporting for purchasing requests at site as following:
- Issue Request for Purchase signed by Site Manager/Project Manager/Construction Manager and follow up the purchase request
- Be in charge of all payment procedures
- Arranging accommodation at site and report to General Affairs Team in weekly basis
- Supporting construction team for timesheet preparation and approval
- Supporting all administrative work at site office
- Performing other tasks assigned by Site Manager/Project Manager/Construction Manager
Yêu cầu
- College or Bachelor’s degree
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in the same position, especially document handling
- Have a good command of English
- Have good MS Office skills, particularly on Excel & Word.
- Experiences of working in foreign companies, especially in Japanese ones is an advantage
- Pay high attention to details, proactive and high responsible in work
