In this role, you will:
• Check and processes daily transactions as allocated by Team Leader, GTRF within service standards following strictly Group’s policy, procedures and local regulations.
• Actively collaborate with Client Services/Team Leader to raise/work on issues/hiccups impacting on daily process.
• Proactively builds up good relationship with internal stakeholders and customers through daily communication.
• Expands knowledge by attending online courses, training courses, cross learning etc. provided by the Bank.
• Actively work with related stakeholders to provide solutions to address customers’ issues and/or accommodate business demand.
• Actively engage on streamlining process activities.
Yêu cầu
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• At least 3-4 years experience in banking - trade product;
• Communication in English;
• Meticulous and careful;
• Thoroughly understand international practices: UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG, etc., candidate holding international certificate CITF/CDCS/CSDG would be an advantage.
