International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a global advertising technology company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for Growth Manager position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The dedicated Growth Manager will be responsible for the company business and partnerships in the Vietnam market. You will work closely with the local web publishers and our product team to ensure that the product objectives and customer expectations are met.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement creative strategies to improve customer relationship.
· Deal with potential customers’ inquiries to gain new customers.
· Review ad contents and give appropriate recommendations in line with company’s ad quality guidelines.
· Provide strategic and consultative advice to clients to maximize adoption and optimal usage of company’s Native Ad solution
· Foster the adoption and optimal utilization of the company’s customized solution at website publishers.
· Improve campaign performance to maximize advertiser spending.
· Evaluate and select strategic partners.
· Strategically develop online advertisers’ accounts.
· Cooperate with the product development team to satisfy the needs and expectations of local customer.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree.
· Open to Vietnamese Nationals only.
· 1 to 3 years of working experience in business development or account management in ad tech, online media and digital marketing field.
· Fluent English communication and writing skill.
· Ability to structure, evaluate, and solve complex business problems, as well as provide results in line with specific corporate objectives.
· Ability to work independently without instruction.
