Mô tả
- Cooperate with sales division to receive inspection requirements, analysis artwork.
- Willing to go business trip to customers at home and abroad, join in meeting with customer and related discussions.
- Contact point for key customers and manage the PD and GP Team in development projects.
- Training, instruct members of team
- Conducting survey, analysis artwork to ensure the design in standard form.
- Ensure technical requirements needed to achieve feasibility in production
- Phân tích rủi ro trong quá trình phát triển thiết kế, sản phẩm mới
- Research risk in the development of artwork, new design label.
- Create and improve color management in system for flexo in house to match with global profile
- Manage, review quality of tooling suppliers on quarterly, annually.
- Support member of team to accomplish the task well, the common goal.
- Participate in the implementation, control and completion of technical standards
- 5S Management: cleaning, working area, documents.
- Complete report as requirement
Yêu cầu
- Technical expertise: Graphic design.
- Have good new project management skills
- Have good technical and graphic team management skills
- Skillful in flexo color viewing and sample approval
- At least 5 years of experience in flexo packaging design or similar position
- Other special requirements: Able to use Photoshop, Illustrator…
