• In charge of ZTE Data, Network or GPON product, give technical support to customer.
• Support solving the technical problems during and after installing and comissioning equipmen.
• Daily maintenance for ZTE Data, Network or GPON product.
• Joint the process of project certificate(HOC/ PAC/ FAC)
• Support sales team for any technical queries.
• Handle the products warranty/ system notice issues and communicate with customers timely.
• Track the Latest system revision and new system product knowledge & sharing with the team members.
• Complete other job assigned by supervisor/ manager
Yêu cầu
•Bachelor degree of Telecommunication/Computer/information tecnology, Electronicsand related major.
• Strong technical knowledge of IP, network, telecommunicationproducts and computer science
• Prefer candidates with at least 1-2 year experience
• Willing to travel in domestic
• Can communicate in English or Chinese (Verbal and Written)
