***New staffs will join in training course for 2 months
Main tasks
– To manage and maintain the international network through the monitoring system
– To be responsible for basic trouble shooting by cooperation with Global Partner Carrier
– To receive and feedback inquiries from customer
– Service Quality Improvement
– Any other customer support
Working time: work in shifts, ~ 40 hours/week
– Day shift: 8:00 – 20:00
– Night shift: 20:00 – 8:00
Staffs will have break time
Salary
– Start from 350 (Entry Level)
– Shift allowance
– Overtime payment
– Light meal allowance

Yêu cầu
- 21 to 25 years old
- College degree or above
- Fluent in English
- No major or experience required
- Positive
- Willing to learn and acquire new knowledge
- Able to work in both shifts (Day shift, night shift)
