In this role, you will:
• Maintains and maximizes GLCM revenue from customers;
• Contributes to the maintaining and improvement of GLCM competitiveness;
• Understands the impact our competitors, local community and the external environment can have on our customer base, to ensure long term sustainable value;
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and that the solutions of the Bank are delivered best-in-class;
• Ensures defense and maximization of bank’s income levels from clients under assigned portfolio and at the same time safeguarding the Bank’s interests;
• Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders to provide an integrated and consistent customer experience across all delivery channels;
• Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand and create a high performance culture;
• Compliance – Ensure compliance with Group standards, regulatory and compliance requirements;
• Implementation of audit recommendations.
Yêu cầu
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum 5 years working in relevant experience;
• Experience in banking with strong and diverse knowledge of the Bank's products, services, systems, procedures and operations;
• Presentation skills;
• Strong ability to develop effective working relationships with other stalk holders and colleagues S;
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
