In this role, you will:
– Manage the portfolio of HCM/HN-based fund services clients and as a one-point contact for clients, be responsible for excellent customer services delivery for the portfolio. This includes handling client queries, attending meetings of the funds under administration, attending calls and visits to clients, and performing client services reviews, etc.
– Manage the assigned local custody client and be responsible for excellent customer services delivery for the portfolio
– Oversee the implementation of new mandates by the Operations team and coordinating with Operations team in operational manual preparation and compliance monitoring for clients under the portfolio.
– Ensure DIB and workflows/ procedures are updated
– Handle client review and ensure any identified risks are escalated to Line Manager
– Ensure that processes are in compliance with Group FIM, BIM and local regulations
– Ensure any changes on internal procedures which have impact on clients’ operations are indentified, communicated with clients.
Yêu cầu
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University Degree;
- 4 - 6 years working in related experience;
- Good command of English;
- PC expertise : Word, Exel, PowerPoint,…;
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
- Background in fund services would be preferable.
