– Plan and implement the overall Supply chain strategies
– Collaborate with Sales, Productions and Customer Service teams
– Determine key supply chain KPIs for company
– Suggest the most suitable solutions for all process improvements
– Manage all related activities: Purchasing; Warehouse; Logistics
– Direct the activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customers
– Work on demand forecast on monthly/quarterly basic basing on data analysis (historical sales, marketing activations..)
– Closely follow up shipping schedule to ensure supply plans are dully executed
– Inventory management
– Build and maintain the internal process and guide employees at the factory
