Finance

• Monthly financial report on upsides and downsides to targets
• Prepare and control annual budget, monthly review variance analysis and feedback to related team for action plan
• PNL ownership – monthly review with planning team on shipment plan. Monthly review with sales team on sales contract gained in the month. Forecast monthly PNL and EOY PNL. Analyze the gap between budget and EOY to discuss courses of actions
• Cash flow: weekly and monthly forecast of cash flow, align with treasury team to get the fund for OPEX and CAPEX
• Monthly review the cost of goods manufactured, analysis on fluctuation and rationalize the trends. Identify the cost structure to enhance ROA

Accounting & reporting:

• Ensure day-to-day accounting runs smooth
• Closing accounts timely and properly
• Monthly review the account schedule with highlights of all pending balance sheet items to ensure healthy balance sheet

Legal & statutory compliance

• Ensure all taxes reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, import duty, license) are submitted timely and properly.
• Review all commercial contracts to ensure company is most protected
• Advise models for business to ensure binding with law
