Job Summary:
Our highly respected client is looking for an energetic and qualified Field Service Technician who will be responsible for performing services including installation, maintenance, repair and technical supporting at the company and customer range.
Job Responsibilities:

• To set up and commission individual machines of the Company product portfolio (e.g. filling technology)
• To perform troubleshooting on the Company range of individual machines and also partner companies
• Provide technical training to machine operators and technical support at the customer’s site
• Participate actively in problem solving to analyze the cause of disorders. Be able to issue disorder reports
• Supervise and inspect machine and equipment during and after installation. Overhaul and replace parts as needed.
• Support to change, improve quality, update software backup when necessary.
• Encourage measures regarding process/procedure optimization; to advise and implement to develop and optimize work stages
• Promote machine upgrade option to customers
• Support sales department in their activities
• Take over any further task within Company service department requested by head of department
