Provides the company and its subsidiaries with legal support at high level. Responsibilities:
– Revise and review all kinds of contracts, internal policies and other documents of the company to make sure it comply with Vietnam law and protect the company from risks.
– Give the consultancy for relating departments when requested.
– Update, research the related regulations and cooperate to handle the legal issue hereof accordingly.
– Control the legal compliance of the company.
– Assisting in legal issues for some projects of the company as assigned.
– Making legal reports as assigned.
– Represent Company and its subsidiaries in front of court for any lawsuit and other Governments organization for other issues.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in law. Lawyer training certificate and other relevant certificates is a plus.
- Preferring to study in the UK, Australia, and America.
- 5 years of experience in legal.
-Fluency English in legal.
-Ability to work independently as well as work well in team.
- Skill: Good critical thinking,Logical thinking, general analysis.
-Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure.
