SCOPE
ENERGY ASSESSOR is an extremely new job position in the Vietnamese market.
At this position, we carry out work related to the assessment of natural energy sources such as sunshine, wind, rain, water source, temperature, … of each locality in Australia for implementation, the basis for selecting suitable building materials for civil construction works in order to optimize the work’s performance.
The Energy Assessor reports to the team leader and is held individually accountable for the daily completion of allocated Energy Assessments. During the course of employment, the incumbent will transition from initially completing basic energy assessments to intermediate, mirroring the occupant’s growth in knowledge and technical skills. It is expected that the occupant of this position take initiative and work toward gaining sufficient experience and/or training to enable them to carry out most energy assessments under general direction.
JOB DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform sustainable/thermal energy assessments on residential structures in accordance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and Structerre’s standards
  • Interpret basic architectural drawings and documents for energy considerations;
  • Work with clients to understand their specific energy requirements and produce solutions accordingly;
  • Produce high-quality energy assessments within specified timeframes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Energy Section, including scanning, filing, data entry, and preparation of invoices as required
  • Book jobs into Structerre’s booking systems as required;
  • Ensure plans, assessments, and details are prepared and presented properly for dispatch as required.
• Provide support such as assisting to implement initiatives to assist in the promotion and growth of the Energy Division
  • Constructively participate and work within the Energy Section to ensure the daily operational success of the section;
  • Undertake research and investigation into relevant sustainable products and information to ensure up to date knowledge of the latest relevant sustainable products;
  • Assist with the marketing activities of the section;
  • Take the initiative to promote the Energy Section’s services to potential clients.
