Employer Branding:
– Define target audience and develop communications campaigns and messaging that promote MoMo as a great place to work and authentically communicate MoMo core values, vision, mission and working environment both internally and externally in order to increase internal engagement and attract external talent.
– Design and develop a robust employer branding plan from conception to implementation.
– Collaborate with TA team and organize recruiting events including job fairs, conferences at key universities, MoMo talent/ management trainee programs, etc.
– Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
– Live, communicate, inspire and promote MoMo vision and values. BE an ambassador of MoMo.
Internal Communications:
– Develop, coordinate, and implement internal communications programs across various channels with the objective of strengthening relationships within the organization. Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
– Define an internal communications strategy to provide top-down, bottoms-up feedback channels via surveys, formal and informal employee sensing, and other methodologies. Evaluate, analyze and recommend action to improve employee experience and overall organizational health.

· Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations.
· Experience:
- Min 03 year experiences in related field.
- Have knowledge about communications, digital marketing, engagement activities, fintech.
· Essential skills:
- Communications skill, Writing skill, Presentation skill, Microsoft office skills.
· Personal characteristics:
- Critical-Thinking, Highly organized
