Market Research, build strategy to operate online shopping platform
Survey, analyze, evaluate the market and competitors to propose an appropriate solution and action plan to attract customers and optimize business efficiency
Build up media Strategy, Planning, and Execution
Manage day-to-day operations of team in order to produce, monitor, and optimize marketing/promotion campaigns
Measure and report on the performance campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Develop selling plans to ensure synchronization with the whole platform’s strategy and mission.
Oversee and monitor all marketing plan execution, constantly track performance on sales & marketing dashboard.
Collaborate with Platform to ensure strong sales performance, brand consistency and campaign effectiveness, and smooth operation.
Market research to build a good network with suppliers to ensure performance and optimization
Timely catch-up trend to foster innovative selling strategy
Build and grow the team by recruiting, training, developing, managing, and engaging team members
Other jobs assigned by direct boss
